Job summary

MAPCO Express, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations and team performance in Indiana. You will drive profitability, control inventory, recruit talent, and ensure a superior guest experience.

The role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week; strong leadership and communication are essential to build a people-first culture and achieve sales goals.

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Hours flexible including evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to work at least 50 hours per week.
• On-call 24/7 availability.

Job description

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule employee shifts effectively to meet guest demand

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
