Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager in Nacogdoches, TX to lead store associates, assist customers, and drive sales. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience while safeguarding assets and building community partnerships.

This full-time role requires strong communication, retail management experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (55 lbs. occasionally) as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth.
