Job summary

LV Petroleum in East Houston is seeking a Store Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service and presentation. You will lead a team, coordinate scheduling, training, inventory control, and implement merchandising standards while upholding health, safety, and company policies.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor cash handling and shrinkage, and collaborate on promotional events to boost store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and basic budgeting.
