Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of continuous store or retail management experience.
• 2 years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us - coaching and mentoring.
• Maintaining an proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and strive to exceed metrics.
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals.
• Helping your team by delivering best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register and other duties as needed.
