Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Oakland, CA to lead daily store operations, hire and direct staff, and achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, a strong focus on development, and opportunities to advance within a growing family of restaurants. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support and develop a strong Panda community culture and drive store performance.
