Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
• Intermediate PC skills for communications and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of store staff and shift managers.
• Engage the local community to boost the store's image.
• Oversee operations ensuring safety, costs, quality and service standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive store performance.
• Collaborate with area managers and lead store meetings.
• Interact with guests and manage feedback for an outstanding experience.
• Develop the team through training and assessments.
• Monitor quality, health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, orders and promotions for new products.
• Oversee cash handling, budgeting and scheduling.
• Maintain store facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
