You’ll mentor a team, shape the store culture, and ensure a community-focused shopping environment for bike enthusiasts.

Responsibilities include staff training, hiring, scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and collaborating with leadership to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team for at least one year.
• Spent at least 2 years in retail.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Passion for bikes and cycling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet financial goals through leadership on the floor.
• Lead training and coaching for staff and DRIs.
• Maintain organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising.
• Oversee inventory, supply management, and QuickBooks exports.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
