Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to be the heartbeat of our Sugar Land store. You will guide daily operations, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales through effective merchandising, oversee inventory and store maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must speak English clearly to supervise staff and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team, set goals, and provide feedback to drive top performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address customer needs and issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Manage store budgets, expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and build community relationships.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
