Chico's in San Diego is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, engage with customers, and drive a seamless shopping experience that reflects our hospitality culture. You will hire and develop a retail team, own store performance, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure brand standards while building community connections through events.

This regular/full-time role requires 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2 years in a Store Manager position, and flexible availability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ownership mindset with strong initiative and accountability.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy to prioritize a customer-centered culture and drive store performance.
• Hire, develop and coach retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Own store financial performance: payroll, scheduling, and sales goals.
• Lead by example, communicate expectations, and empower the team to excel.
• Use store reporting to create action plans and improve metrics.
