Chico's in San Diego is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will help foster a welcoming environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You’ll build and develop a team, drive sales, hire and coach associates, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in inventory management. This role requires flexibility and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
