Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree OR 1 year store/retail management OR 2 years as ASM or Supervisor.

• Maintaining an operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales, promotions, orders and inventory; schedule shifts; strive to exceed metrics.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and reach store-level and district goals.
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register and other duties as needed.
