Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of store/retail management experience or 2 years as an assistant manager/supervisor.
• Experience leading teams and coaching performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong customer service mindset with a track record of meeting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us and be a coach/mentor.
• Maintain operational excellence to control expenses, drive sales, and manage inventory and schedules.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service while assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform related duties as needed.
