Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/LSR/SA duties.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full‑time employees and recruits, hires and trains staff.
• Ensures store is clean, stocked, organized and well‑kept based on Company standards.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
• Maintains professional image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Trains employees on safety procedures and promotes safety awareness.
• Develops effective communication with employees and the District Manager.
• Organizes and maintains store files and reports.
