Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Proficient computer use including reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and compliant with company standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintain professional image and provide safe, positive community presence.
• Manage store relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on safety procedures and cash handling.
