Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees.
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedules employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implements non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develops positive relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints.
• Trains employees to meet company standards for customer service, store image and safety.
• Ensures timely performance appraisals and ongoing feedback.
• Organizes and maintains store files and reports; manages store economics.
