Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience leading and developing a retail team to achieve store goals.
• Ability to manage store operations, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us, acting as coach and mentor.
• Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales growth and promotions, handle product orders and inventory, and schedule shifts.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store-level and district goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register, and other duties as needed.
