You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage budgets and store performance, and implement local marketing to grow revenue while ensuring health & safety standards. This role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Leadership skills with strong communication and organizational abilities.
