Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school education or GED and four (4) years of retail store experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enables the store to meet sales and profit goals, and executes weekly and seasonal display changes while maintaining price accuracy.
• Communicates effectively with customers and associates; motivates teams and conducts daily huddles and weekly management meetings to align priorities.
• Maintains store conditions, presentation, varieties, freshness, and minimizes shrink.
• Promotes diversity and equal opportunity in a respectful workplace.
• Enhances community relations by involving the store in local events.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manages controllable expenses including payroll within budgeted expectations.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide feedback.
• Cooperates with stakeholders and informs upper management of competitor information.
