Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school education or GED and four (4) years of retail store experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enables the store to effectively meet sales and profit goals, as well as changing customer demands.
• Promotes cross merchandising between departments and executes weekly and seasonal display changeovers while maintaining price accuracy.
• Communicates effectively with customers and store associates. Focuses on continuously improving programs and methods to enhance the customer experience.
• Motivates associates by improving morale, teamwork, and engagement. Empowers associates to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Conducts daily associate huddles and weekly management meetings to discuss information, priorities, goals, accomplishments, directives, and changes.
• Maintains all aspects of store conditions, presentation, and appearance.
