• Assists Produce Manager in day-to-day operations including merchandising, scheduling, and training.
• Oversees inventories, prepares production logs, and ensures correct pricing and stock levels.
• Maintains backroom organization and product storage per company guidelines.
• Ensures department safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
