Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a retail setting. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and oversee store operations with a focus on living up to our brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service/retail and at least 1 year in sales management, with passion for hair and beauty. Training, product education, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, sales, and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by following safety rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best.
