Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic, customer-focused team. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and coach associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, inventory, safety compliance, and creating a welcoming retail environment. Cosmetology experience is a plus; 18+ applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1+ year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
