Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and expert hair and beauty guidance. The role emphasizes coaching staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

You will oversee budgets and inventory, uphold safety standards, and ensure the store consistently looks its best while providing top-notch service to every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with focus on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
