Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in a retail environment. You will manage talent, coach associates and ensure store performance aligns with budget and inventory goals.

You will oversee store operations, uphold safety standards, and maintain a visually appealing store to attract customers and maximize revenue. A passion for hair and beauty, plus leadership ability, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, inventory.
