Job summary

Little Green Apple in Michigan is seeking a full-time Store Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hardworking. You will lead and train staff to deliver exemplary selling and customer service, and work to improve store productivity and profitability while ensuring customers receive product recommendations and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, stockroom duties, and executing the organization's Business Insight Cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail management experience, including sales and/or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to close the store at least once per week, and work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, meetings, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales, service, and relationship-building with customers and partners.
• Ensure store operates at all posted hours and adheres to company policies.
• Oversee inventory, product sets, stocking, housekeeping, and stockroom duties.
• Collaborate with Director of Retail and execute the Business Insight Cycle.
