Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and drive store productivity in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze business trends, lead a team including an Assistant Manager and clerks, and manage payroll budgets to ensure the store’s contribution meets targets.

You will inspire staff, maintain strong customer service, and implement merchandising and promotional strategies to grow top-line sales while controlling expenses. Join Team Blue.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in retail store management.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall responsibility for the store.
• Greet and assist customers and respond quickly to inquiries.
• Drive sales through staff leadership and customer service excellence.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure brand standards are met.
• Plan schedules to maximize sales and manage payroll budgets.
• Forecast and adjust staffing to meet business needs.
• Coordinate merchandising, campaigns, and promotions on time.
• Coach team with timely feedback and performance development.
