• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and use KPIs to evaluate performance.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with the visual team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates; oversee onboarding and scheduling.
