Job summary

Marc Jacobs is seeking a Store Manager for its St. Louis Outlet in Chesterfield, MO. You will lead daily store operations, oversee a team, merchandise, and sales results, while ensuring loss prevention, HR, and visual standards align with brand goals.

You will drive exceptional client experiences, coach staff, manage schedules, and partner with Regional Manager to optimize performance in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ retail experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing others within a customer service environment required.
• Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze retail KPI’s and on-floor behaviors.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
• Delivers Excellence - exceptional client experience and service.
