Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Cedar Hill, TX to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation with focus on customer service, sales results and teammate development.

You will mentor and coach a team, manage merchandising, operations and payroll budgets, and partner with district leaders to implement company standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for delivering a world-class shopping experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience leading and coaching a team to meet store goals.

Aufgaben

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Partner with Merchandising to coordinate product placement and promotions.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, transfers, debits/damages and RTVs.
• Act as Manager on Duty and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage store budget, payroll, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Foster strong communication with district and regional teams.
