As Store Manager, you’ll mentor and coach your team, deliver world-class service, manage merchandising, scheduling, payroll and budgets, and partner with district and regional management to ensure consistent store success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement policies.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to maximize sales and service.
• Lead merchandising, promotions and pricing coordination.
• Partner with district and regional teams to ensure store success.
• Provide coaching and develop staff to deliver world-class service.
