Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum one year in store or retail management.
• Two years as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train and mentor team to grow with Murphy USA.
• Maintain operational excellence to manage costs, drive sales, and promotions; oversee inventory and scheduling.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and assist customers.
• Handle stocking, cleaning, cash register and other duties as needed.
