Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred.
• Experience with a computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manages payroll to stay within monthly budget and reviews timesheets for all shifts.
• Drives store to achieve monthly income goals through frontline leadership and performance.
• Monitors inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to maintain quality standards.
