Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences at our Plano store. You will oversee team performance, merchandising execution, and inventory control while executing company policies and procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail store management.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Manage store P&L by driving top line revenue and budgeting for profitability.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize space and drive sales.
• Recruit, train and retain an exceptional team of client-experience focused associates.
• Oversee HR functions including scheduling and timecard approvals.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; conduct bi-annual physical inventory.
