Job summary

Family Dollar in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead team members, elevate customer service, and maximize store performance. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies while executing corporate direction.

The role requires strong communication, results focus, and retail management experience; you will build community relationships, protect assets, and drive sales through effective merchandising and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
