Genesco operates Journeys stores nationwide and seeks a Store Manager in Winston-Salem, NC. You’ll lead a retail team to hit sales goals, manage daily operations, and deliver a high-energy customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to training and growth within the company. You’ll work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced setting.
