Palm Beach Tan – Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Abilene store. You will drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers returning.

If you’re passionate about retail leadership and helping people look and feel their best, this is the role for you. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure outstanding service while meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
