You will exceed store and personal sales targets, manage operations, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate your team, and own the store's sales strategy while ensuring brand compliance and daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail or wireless industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
