Claire’s is seeking a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. The role entails driving store sales, overseeing operations, leading a team, and potentially becoming a trained piercing specialist to guide customers through the process.

You will manage inventory, cash, merchandising, and promotions while upholding Claire’s values of inclusivity and self-expression. A strong focus on customer delight and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
• Strong communication and selling skills for customer engagement.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and guide customers.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently, sometimes alone.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Sales and Profit: drive store targets and promotions to boost traffic and sales.
• Memorable shopping experiences: create positive customer interactions and inclusivity.
• Piercing excellence: train and perform piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain sterility.
• Store operations: manage inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, motivate, and develop the team.
• Brand representation: showcase products and provide fashion tips to maximize sales.
