Job summary

Claire's is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily sales, engage customers with styling advice, and participate in piercing services after training. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive revenue, ensure inventory accuracy, and keep the store visually appealing.

You should bring at least 1 year of retail leadership, a sales-driven mindset, and strong communication skills. A positive attitude and ability to work independently are valued in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong math, cash handling, and sales analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and drive revenue through customer experience and promotions.
• Provide personalized styling advice and upsell products.
• Deliver expert piercing services after training.
