Salon Service Group is looking for a Store Manager in The Woodlands, TX to lead a retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue and maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a passion for the beauty industry. You will manage inventory, train staff, and collaborate with Home Office teams to achieve store and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales-focused culture and coach the team to drive revenue and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide exemplary service, keeping the customer as a top priority.
• Maintain merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Communicate with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Hire, train, and retain a team aligned with the SSG culture.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
