The Woodlands store of Salon Service Group is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a fast-paced, sales-driven culture in a premium retail environment.

You will coach, train, and retain staff while ensuring strong merchandising, inventory control, and daily store operations. You will collaborate with regional leaders to meet sales goals and uphold the SSG culture of partnership.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Previous sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales-focused culture by coaching the team to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Provide exemplary service, ensuring the customer is always the top priority.
• Uphold high standards of merchandising and store operations.
• Communicate with area leaders to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Organize, delegate, and follow up to maximize productivity.
