The role typically involves 40+ hours per week across five days, with additional hours as required by staffing, demand, and performance.

The position emphasizes customer service, store promotions, payroll tracking, and staff management to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales and manage complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
