The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Store Manager for a HomeGoods store in Chicago, IL. You will oversee all store operations, lead a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers, and drive sales by optimizing merchandising, scheduling, and customer service.

You will develop creative plans, analyze competition, and maintain loss prevention practices to protect assets. The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Formación

• 3–5 years retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow‑through skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem‑solving, and inclusive decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on competition.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards of service and presentation.
