Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a Store Manager in Beaverton, OR to lead the store's performance, cost control, merchandising, and team development. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with company standards and policies.

This full-time role reports to the District Manager, mentors Assistant Store Managers and staff, and oversees cash handling, safety, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or store management experience.
• Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience.
• Long-term career interest in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and manage the sales team.
• Develop and implement store plans, staffing, promotions, and budgeting.
• Monitor sales, traffic, average ticket, gross margin, inventory, and labor productivity.
• Ensure merchandising standards, planograms, signage, and displays.
• Coach Assistant Store Managers, Team Leads, and staff for performance.
• Drive customer experience and resolve complaints promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, safety, and compliance procedures.
