Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager in California who will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold strong visual merchandising standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership to ensure a welcoming environment and consistent brand presentation. You will oversee daily retail operations, recruit and train staff, manage inventory, and ensure profitability while representing the Skechers brand values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior retail manager, restaurant manager, or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
• Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales and customer service.
• Act as a product expert and ensure high-quality product presentation and store layout.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store employees.
• Oversee store systems, inventory management, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and performance expectations.
• Resolve in-store issues with proactive problem-solving to ensure a smooth customer experience.
