Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Roanoke store, responsible for staffing, training, and developing both part-time and full-time associates while driving a high level of customer engagement and brand presentation.

You will oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations, oversee scheduling and payroll, manage inventory and omni-channel activities, analyze reports, protect assets, and perform opening/closing routines, all while representing the brand and shaping a

Qualificações

• 2+ years of store management experience or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all salesfloor & stockroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, to drive sales.
• Ensure all visual displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, train management and non-management associates.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Oversee all inventory, replenishment, stockroom, and OMNI Channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets, oversee store maintenance.
• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
