Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Store Manager to lead the store team and daily operations, driving profitability, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. You will recruit, coach, schedule and manage performance to achieve company goals while delivering a superior shopping experience.

Successful candidates have at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Job description

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR
• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month
• Availability to be on call 24/7
