McCormick Paints in Annapolis is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales with professional customers, and deliver exceptional service.

You will recruit and coach a front-line team, manage inventory, merchandising, and safety, while partnering with regional leadership to execute business plans. Experience in paint industry preferred; willingness to travel regionally for onboarding; physical requirements include standing and lifting up to 65lbs.

Qualifications
