Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and store policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Understand labor law compliance and company procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory control and merchandising practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure staffing levels.

• Open and close the store regularly; maintain operations.
