Job summary

Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead one location in Minnesota. You will oversee hiring, training, operations, and guest experience, driving performance and fostering a positive culture.

You will manage daily operations, ensure food safety and workplace standards, and partner with the District Manager on strategic initiatives. Competitive monthly incentives are included.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• 18+ years old.
• Great coach and a team builder.
• Can resolve customer and team issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and highly coachable.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
• Hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and labor
• Maintaining food, workplace, and equipment safety standards
• Driving store performance and financial success
• Working closely with the District Manager and attending monthly GM meetings
• Hosting weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture
• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures
• Maintain and foster Company Culture
• Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread)
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Maintain Food Safety
• Maintain Workplace Safety
• Maintain Store and Equipment Safety
• Slice and prep
• Train team members, run shifts
• Continuously maintain managerial self-development
• Assist with recruiting efforts
